* Daily Backup Solutions:
We use Tivoli for daily incremental backups. Our backups include all of your web files, email and database data. Tivoli stores one copy of active files forever. If a file changes, Tivoli backs up the changed file and the previous version it had is marked as inactive (also sometimes referred to as changed). Tivoli will hold up to six copies of inactive files. This would be a maximum of up to seven copies (1 active, 6 inactive). When Tivoli backups up the seventh change of a file, the oldest inactive copy expires. Finally, when a file is deleted from a clients system, Tivoli will mark its copy of that file as deleted, and hold it for 30 days before expiring it.
